Order Dispatch
Orders placed using Klarna will only be dispatched once Klarna has approved the transaction. Goods will only be shipped to the address entered during checkout and cannot be redirected afterwards.

Shipping Confirmation
A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your order leaves our facility. This may include tracking details, depending on the courier service used.

Proof of Delivery
All deliveries require proof of receipt. If no one is available to receive the parcel, a delivery attempt notice will be provided by the courier.

Shipping Area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses.
