99/07/11 Dear Sponsor Thank you very much for your support. The test-riding is still on schedule for August, despite the fact that the engine tuner (Mick at Sportax) broke his arm whilst drag racing on the Isle of Man this year. Hopefully I'll ride it to the FEMA Rally at the end of August in Yorkshire on it. I met Mrs Angeline Kamba, the Zimbabwean President of Riders for Health, and the rest of the team at the organisation's main fundraising event the Day of Champions. Millennium Ride efforts for Riders for Health will go to projects in The Gambia in West Africa, where I'll stop on my homeward leg. We'll see if Ali Ceesay in The Gambia wants to put something on the web about his work there soon. Meanwhile here is your pin badge and a brochure existing in English French & German.
